The problem we're solving
Independent grocery stores — especially family-run ethnic grocers — are the backbone of their communities. They carry products big chains won't, speak the language their customers speak, and stay open for their neighbours. But they run on POS software from the 90s, paper expiry logs, and gut instinct for ordering.
What we built
StoreSenz is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that sits on top of whatever POS a store already uses. A lightweight sync agent reads the POS database every 5 minutes and feeds it into a set of intelligence modules: demand forecasting, expiry management, financial P&L, multi-channel ordering (web, WhatsApp, voice), festival planning, and more.
Everything is à la carte. A store that only needs expiry tracking subscribes to that. A store that wants the full suite gets all of it. No forced bundles, no migration, no disruption to what's already working.
Our approach
We started with one store — GreenBerrys Indian Grocery — and built every feature against real production data and real owner feedback. Nothing ships until it solves a real problem that real store owners actually face.
